YOU CAN BE SELF CONFIDENT INSTEAD OF FULL OF SELF DOUBT

Do you suffer from Imposter Syndrome?

Is it stopping you do what you want in your business or your career?

Yes?

You are not alone.

More than 90% of women say that they have, or are suffering with Imposter Syndrome, and worse still they have no support to help them and can’t tackle it on their own.

The impact of Imposter Syndrome on your success in your career or business can be critical.

And it’s okay there is a solution.

Imposter Syndrome is simply put self doubt, and your specific individual, self doubt (hey and so we’ve renamed it High Achievers Doubt, doesn’t that make more sense?)

And this means there is a solution…

You can be self confident instead of full of self-doubt.

The solution is to work on your individual specific self doubt; how it works, what it’s doing to you, and what you can do to tackle and banish it. Sounds good…

I’m here as your guide to support you with a helping hand in a two hour one-to-one coaching session. I can help you understand specifically what your self doubt is, how it’s been working to protect you (yes, it really has), and empower you to find and make changes in thinking and behaviour that will help you tackle it. And crucially, give you the self confidence you want.

…’With Julie’s help, I found I could crack on with delivering to my clients without self-doubt holding me back. I discovered that doubt and fear aren’t needed in my professional life.’ Laura

…’Julie helped me to “get out of my own way” — something that can be a challenge for me. After our session, I noticed that I felt a bit lighter, and more confident, too. I was able to start moving in the direction I wanted with more energy.’ Theresa

If like Laura & Theresa being more confident and being able to do what you want without self doubt sounds good, let’s talk.

From a random conversation with Julie at a social gathering she turned my life upside down. Just a tiny suggestion to look at what I wanted to acheive in my life led me within 6 months to doing some training and setting up the pregnancy yoga classes that I had only dreamed of doing.

We worked closely over a period of 9 months and dissected many different parts of my life: my work, my family, my health and my self. In the process my relationship with my husband and family improved immeasurably, my health has improved, my business has literally exploded with success and I am happy. REALLY HAPPY! And the days when I am not, really happy I now have the tools to figure out exactly what is going on and what I need to do to get back to HAPPY fast.

Julie is an amazing coach. She has never told me what I want to hear (or what she thinks I want to hear) but help me get to the truth of the matter and break down the barriers I have (unconsciously) set up in order to move forwards in my life.

The University had recently been through a major restructure, during which many professional services staff underwent changes of role or responsibility. We are aware of the need to support career and personal development of our valuable professional services staff and wanted to try different ways of doing this – bearing in mind especially that many of these staff are time poor.

We liked the format of shorter sessions allowing staff to commit more easily and therefore make best use of the opportunity, as well as allowing us to offer it to more staff.

Our staff have benefited personally, and this has had a positive effect on their work, both directly, and in terms of morale.

Having been through a big restructure, an external coach was valuable in being separate from all of that, able to provide a different perspective with no hidden agenda related to the organisation.

My first contact with Julie came at a time of great personal difficulty, my work was going in no direction. Home life was hectic and disorganised as I have a wife who works full time and a 5 year old son just starting school.

Working with Julie I found I was able to be open and honest about the difficulties I was having and the coaching was very catered towards understanding what was actually happening, from a point of view I could never see as I was “right in the middle of it”.

It is fair to say that coaching is very much what you want it to be and Julie did not try and serve up a prescribed course of sessions in order to achieve the coaching she thought I would need. Ultimately that is the key as no coach can do it for you!

The best way to describe the coaching that I received from Julie was that it was an “Oasis in my week” in which to stop and consider where I am going and more importantly WHERE I WANT to go, when I was able to see that and articulate that, Julie just added fuel to my re-found enthusiasm and vigour for the next stage, in my week, work and indeed personal life.

Life coaching with Julie has been a truly inspirational and life changing experience for me.

I have gained a whole new perspective, along with some of the many tools and stategies and also the confidence to influence the outcomes of the things that are important to me.

Life is a journey that we all have to take and Julie has shown me how to get much more out of my experince as I travel, not just from myself but also in my relationships with my companions. She has helped me find new strengths in myself, which are helping me to greet each new day with positive anticipation of what I can acheive.

Thank you Julie !
